Matt has been with Precision Door Service since January 2016. In his spare time, Matt likes to play almost any sport. He also enjoys watching movies and sporting events on TV. Matt likes to go on road trips and spend time with his family. One of his favorite activities is taking his beloved boxer Zoey to the dog park on the weekends.

My old opener began malfunctioning this morning. Called Precision to schedule an appointment. Same day appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. Received a call at 11:00 a representative is available to come out. Discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and put a new belt drive unit in. Matt McNatt came right out and replaced the unit, checked every other area of my door, rollers, spring. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent representative. Waiting for spring and I will be replacing the door, spring and rollers.

It's such a pleasure to do business with people who remember what customer service is. My garage door was randomly opening and closing. it was like it had a mind of it's own. The technician diagnosed the problem in about 2 minutes and had the repair done and he was gone within 10 minutes of his arrival. And buy the way, he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived about an hour and a half before I expected him.

Matt and the other young man made all of my garage door dreams come true. They installed the new one. Hauled off the old one. Programmed both openers to work for both doors, even though we only purchased one opener. and programmed my van opener to open both sides. He also had a really good sense of humor, which I always appreciate.
