Scott was the technician who was assigned our case. He arrived on time and within a short time diagnosed the issue. His van was equipped with a new part and within minutes the issue was solved. Precision Doors sent a message to my phone with Scott's picture, plus an email, and Scott called as well saying when he would arrive. Very courteous and professional service. I will be sure to call Precision Door again if problems with my garage doors. happen again.

Precision Garage door demonstrated superb communication and reliability by texting, email and phone calls concerning the appointment time to fix a garage door my tenant backed into. The reservationist was polite and friendly. They arrived early and called me to make sure that it was ok. The repair man , Scott, was friendly/personable and skillful in the repair job showing concern by securing the broken door safely, attaching the broken panel until a new one could be ordered and installed. I will only use Precision Garage door in the future. They excel in their professionalism with the customer .

I called for service this morning and Scott Panaia was at my house around 1:30 that afternoon and replaced the trolley on the garage door. The price was reasonable for the part and the service. I have used Precision a couple of times in the past. Scott came out to repair our garage door opener. I thought it might need to be replaced, but Scott checked the unit and said that it could be repaired. He did an excellent job and we're pleased that it didn't need replacement yet. He was informative and personable while handling the repair. Couldn't ask for a better job!

We were also the victims of the recent power outage that lasted 3 days for us. Once the power was restored, EVERYTHIING in our house worked EXCEPT the garage door opener lights. I called Precision becasue they were the ones that installed the opener. I have ALWAYS had EXCEPTIONAL sevice from them. Scott diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds. THE LIGHTS WERE BURNED OUT! Little did I know that I should have checked them before calling Precision. Scott spent a total of 5 minutes at our house, and didn't charge us. Now that IS a true professional. His attitude was excellent and was what I totally expected. THANK YOU SCOTT AND PRECISION DOOR! I highly recommend them for your garage door needs. ONE GREAT COMAPNY
