When asked his favorite thing about working at PDS, he responded with “Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, which is an important quality in a company.” Michael is happily married and is expecting his first child. He enjoys building and racing cars, watching football, shooting, and spending time with family and friends.

Micheal called to ask if it was OK to arrive earlier than scheduled. Said he would be here in about 30 minutes. Arrived in that time frame, explained my options, replaced the rail and belt assembly on my door opener, adjusted the door opening and closing limits and, explained the warranty on the parts and work performed. All working great when he left. Thanks for the great service.

I was originally scheduled for my appointment on July 2 but when I received a confirmation call that day, the service man, Michael, told me that he did not have the circuit board needed on his truck that day so we had to reschedule for July 6. The repair went well on July 6 and Michael was very nice. I am giving 3 stars because I wish Michael had had the circuit board on his truck on July 2 so I did not have to wait 4 more days. It would have been much better if we could have diagnosed the issue ahead of time so he could have determined what parts he needed.

We called Precision Garage on a Tuesday morning after my wife noticed a loud pop in the garage door & it wouldn't go up. Observations revealed the large garage spring had broken. We were initially told someone would be there that same afternoon around 2:00 pm. To our great delight the service man called around 10:30 am & was at our home in minutes. Kudus to Precision Door. I had originally called in explaining that the opener worked from the wall switch, but not from the remote. The technician examined the garage door opener, one that has been in service for about 50 years, and tried, to no avail, to get my non-working remotes back to working. He then tried one that he had on hand. Nothing worked and since my garage has LED lamps, installing a separate transmitter would not work. He carefully reviewed the available options and had the company Email me an explanation of the options. I haven’t made up my mind, since the wall switch stills works, but his thorough evaluation and is much appreciated. If I do decide to go with a new opener, I will choose this company.

Always professional, courteous and willing to help. Precision will not shy away from helping you out with smaller jobs and they charge when it's fair to charge. If they can make a problem manageable without replacement or extensive contract work, they will do that. In my case, that kind of fair-minded attitude towards the work involved has earned my loyalty. They hire good guys around whom I'm very comfortable. We have a replacement door coming b/c ours broke. They have been very fair on price too.

I had used another company for years but couldn’t reach them or get calls returned. I called Precision because they could come out the same day I called. Most companies wanted to add an extra charge to come on Saturday, but not Precision. I called in the morning and Michael F. was there by the afternoon. He was very personal and knows his stuff.
