Ben has been with our Precision Door team since January 2015 and he enjoys the people that he works with. He is happily married to Mary, and he has one daughter. Ben likes attending University of Memphis Basketball games with his wife. Go Tigers! He also enjoys watching movies, relaxing with family and friends, going camping, and going on scenic motorcycle rides with his wife. Ben is also a military Veteran where he proudly served our country for 8 years while in the Army where he served two tours in Iraq.

Ben came to repair my garage door. In less than a minute he diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate of the charge and began the repairs. I would never use another company for my garage door work. Ben was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about garage moors.

I definitely give my service raiding experience a 5 star. I'm always impressed by the high number of positive reviews that a company receives, plus it's the second time I've called on them for service. My service technician Ben was very professional, courteous and thorough by explaining options for service requested and recommended service that might be needed. He completed the service work in under an hour which was why it was even more perfect when he called to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok that he could arrive earlier, which worked out great for me. I would give Ben and Precision Door a 5 star rating. I had used your company several years ago and was pleased then so I called you again. I am impressed with the quick service scheduling a repair time quickly and the person who answered the call was friendly and efficient. I liked the contact reminding me of the service time and Ben arrived on time and accessed the situation quickly and had the repair done in no time at all. He couldn’t have been any nicer and was very professional. He was in and out in 30 minutes and I was back in operation. Way to go on a job well done! Our old Lift Master finally gave out. Found Precision on the Internet, gave'em a call and next day Ben came out. He took a look to see if he could fix the Lift Master but being so old, to replace all the parts it needed it just made since to install a new opener. Ben was on time, real nice, explained everything in detail, made the install and was very through in his paper work. Precision has great customer service and I'd recommend them if you need garage door service. A+ service!!

Calling precision door on a Saturday and asking for help is an awesome experience. They did not have an open time until Monday; however once I say I need help today, they found a way to get a technician out to my place in less than 45 minutes. Once he was on site, he was able to resolve the issue for me. This is what service was like in the olden days… today in this fast-paced digital world, they have exceeded my expectation. I have known Jon Russell for a long time and that is how I came to use Precision Door. The technician who came out to my house, Ben, called ahead and asked if he could come earlier than my scheduled appointment and it worked out well. Great service. Ben even called me before the scheduled appt time to see if he could arrive sooner. Very polite and considerate of him to do that. What I thought was going to be major repair work that would cost $$$$$ turned out to be minor and I appreciate his honesty.
